Postage and Delivery
Most products will be shipped within 48- 72 hours of receiving your order and payment. Orders will be shipped between 3-4 days of receiving the order and payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Generally, orders ship twice a week (Tues & Fri). If there is a delay in shipping we will advise you. Delivery Australia-Wide – $9.95. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you either via email or phone.We use Australia Post for delivery at no time is Coccinella Eco responsible for lost or damaged goods by Australia Post and its employees. Return any item that contains an accidental fault within 7 days and it will be replaced. Item must be in original condition as it was posted.Please include a copy of original invoice.Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing before ordering.Please choose sale items carefully as they are non refundable and non exchangeable.
With the exception of faulty goods we can not refund postage and packaging.We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow any washing instructions carefully.
Placing your order. Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime via PayPal.
These items are not able to be exchanged or refunded. Also, during store sale periods, refunds are not available for ‘change of mind’.
Not all products displayed online are available for immediate delivery. Items that carry wait times may take up to 2 weeks to fill (including Mon Petit Bebe, Kalimba). We encourage you to order well in advance of their required date, especially during peak times, such as Christmas, when popular items sell out.We are happy to hold orders that have been paid for until they are required, providing it is no longer than 2 weeks.Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm a delivery turnaround time, if an item is required by a specific date.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
b) we do not deliver to your area; or
c) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
